The 7th World Strawberry Congress. This area is located in the north of Beijing, covering a total area of 90 square kilometers. It is a rapidly developing suburban area. There are various types of land, including farmland, forest land, industrial land, residential land, etc.

How to address the relationship between rural areas and rapidly developing cities, how to achieve coordinated urban-rural development, how to take advantage of the opportunities brought by the World Congress for regional development, how to sort out the relationship of utilization after the conference, and how to highlight the rich local characteristics are the key issues to be solved in the planning stage.

The issues of multi-factor system construction in landscape design in the region and the combination with industrial advantages were explored. The planning and design of this project won the first prize in the planning category of the First Planning Commission in 2012.
