Project scale: Usable area of 60 square meters

Design concept: "He" Bar is located on the first basement floor of Shoukai Platinum County on Xindong Road in Sanlitun, Beijing, where every inch of land is extremely valuable. Xindong Road is lined with luxury car dealerships such as Rolls-Royce, and it is just one block away from Sanlitun Bar Street. In a certain sense, the non-street-facing underground area where this case is located is equivalent to a gap of luxury and extravagance. To survive in the narrow space, apart from the aroma of wine that is not afraid of being in a deep alley, a place that is alluring is also needed.

Through the design of the storefront, the treatment of the zigzag plane movement lines, the leaping of the height differences in the sections and the penetration of the interfaces, guests can obtain the following spatial perception: As they pass by countless dazzling and bustling storefronts, they walk through corridors that sometimes feel like underground and sometimes like courtyards. Seeing the extremely restrained yet highly attractive storefronts, they are reluctant to open the large, tall and heavy solid wood doors.

After entering the door, there was a narrow, low and dark passage. At the end of the passage stood a white wall, and on the right side of the wall, slightly colored light seeped in. Out of curiosity, move forward to find out the truth. Turn right when you encounter a wall. After two or three steps, the interior of the bar, which is magnified both horizontally and vertically, can be seen out of the corner of the eye on the left. After the previous spatial compression, the current bidirectional magnification appears particularly intense. Entering the interior of the bar, one can see bottomless well grid beams looking up, with four of them rippling with water. Looking straight into the distance, there is a luminous landscape screen. The brushstrokes of near, deep and light foretell the distant world on that side.
