The design of the central square of Glory headquarters

The design concept is to express the company's philosophy and policies and create new communication among employees. The design of the entire square, including the artworks.

The initial plan was to build and set up a monument on the old factory site located in the center of the Glory headquarters. However, the current goal is to create a "square" that changes the workplace environment, encourages employees to communicate more actively, and showcases the company's philosophy of "the heart of pursuit and the power of all". Therefore, the design is based on the centripetal force that reflects the coin counter, which will become the origin of the company, throughout the entire square, with the visual sharing of the company's philosophy and history as the axis.

The design concept "DNA" is for activities (=Activity) carried out by employees for lunch, meetings, etc., promoting the planting plan of seasonal changes (=Nature), and showcasing the sharing of local and concept and promotion activities (=Diffuse). After the square was completed, new trends emerged that did not exist before, such as outdoor meetings, dinners around tables, and unique activities held according to the staff's plans. Our goal is to create places where these atmospheres and airflows can continue to circulate until five, ten or a hundred years later.
