The second phase of the Zhushui River runs from west to east through the entire new urban area of Heze City. The planned river section this time is from Heze Railway Station to Shanghai Road, with a total length of approximately 6.2 kilometers and a designed width of 150 meters. It is offset 75 meters on each side of the river centerline, covering an area of about 93 hectares. It belongs to a first-class urban river course. The width of the river course is tentatively set at 30 meters, with the riverbed elevation ranging from 45.0 to 46.0 meters and the normal water level at 48.0 meters. It is recommended to adopt a double-section design for the river course section, with the riverbed width not less than 12 meters. The treatment should be carried out in accordance with the principle of once-in-10-year flood control and once-in-50-year flood prevention.
