The landscape environment improvement and renovation project of Luoyang National Peony Garden

The National Peony Garden (Luoyang Central Nursery) is a public institution under the Municipal Forestry Bureau with a differential financial subsidy. It was established in 1984, covering an area of 500 mu, with over 2 million peonies planted. Currently, it has collected and preserved 1,365 domestic and foreign peony horticultural varieties. The National Peony Garden is also the National Peony Gene Bank, the National Peony Germplasm Resource Bank and the Peony Research and Promotion Center of the China Flower Engineering Technology Research Center established by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration.

Luoyang National Peony Garden is located in the northern section of Luoyang City. It takes only 20 minutes to reach Luobei Airport and one hour to get to Luoyang Railway Station and Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Railway Station. It is close to National Road 310 and Lianhuo Expressway, with very convenient transportation. The buildings within the North Garden Green Line are mainly located in the area adjacent to the road on the north side of National Road 310. The buildings within the Green line control line (30 meters) cover an area of approximately 3,400 square meters and have a construction area of 6,880 square meters. The building area within the Nan Yuan Green Line is 11,270 square meters, with a total construction area of 15,700 square meters. The area occupied by the village and factory buildings is approximately 12.80 hectares.
