Landscape Design of No. 7 Xixia Lake, Jili District, Luoyang City
Jili District is located on the north bank of the Yellow River in the northeastern part of Luoyang City, 19 kilometers away from the urban area of Luoyang, and is adjacent to the Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project of the Yellow River. It borders Jiyuan City to the west and northwest, Mengzhou City to the north and east, and faces Mengjin across the Yellow River to the south. Established in 1982 for the construction of the largest single-series oil refining facility in China - Luoyang Oil Refinery (now Luoyang Petrochemical General Factory), it is the most dynamic new urban area in Luoyang City.
The land area of the plot is 56,241.00 square meters (including green belts), and the green space area of the plot is 49,457.81 square meters. The project is only 8 kilometers east of Jili District. It takes only 7 minutes to reach Xiaolangdi Reservoir to the west and 10 minutes to quickly reach Jiyuan to the north. The Luoji Expressway can instantly reach Luoyang to the south. The geographical conditions are extremely favorable, offering great convenience and allowing for easy entry and exit. Make full use of the natural waterfront landscape of Xixia Lake, analyze the possible landscape spatial structure formed by the environment, and create a relaxed, pleasant and layered landscape to meet people's needs for communication, rest and entertainment.
