The design plan for the Green Space Park on Zhujiang Road in Luoyang City

The planned base is located in Jianxi District, Luoyang City. It is bordered by Binhe North Road, Binhe Park and Luo River to the south, Zhujiang Road to the west, a planned road to the north and Jianhe River to the east. The total area is 4.88 hectares (approximately 73.2 mu). The base is surrounded by convenient transportation, has a beautiful ecological environment and profound cultural heritage.

The surrounding areas of the base include: Luoyang Shenglong City, Luopu Chunxiao, Shoudian Community, Xinglong Garden East Courtyard, Jinyi Huating, Guyuan Luopu Qiufeng, Jianyuan Community, Luoyang Municipal Finance Bureau Family Compound, Meijingge Residential Area, Luopu Park, etc.

The base is located to the north of Shenglong City and to the south of an abandoned waterworks reservoir, with a height difference of 6 to 7 meters. It covers an area of approximately 1.20 hectares. The storefront houses in the area adjacent to Zhujiang Road on the west side are being demolished. A fence has been set up on the south side. Most of the area is vacant land where construction waste is piled up. The overall construction conditions are relatively good.
