The overall improvement plan for Panjiayuan Sub-district

Project Location: No. 43, Songyuli, southwest of Chaoyang District. It is bordered by Nanmofang Township to the east, Guangqumen South Riverside Road to the west, Shiba Li Dian Township and Fengtai District to the south, and Jinsong Sub-district to the north. It has a total area of 4.3 square kilometers and a population of approximately 110,000. There are a total of 12 community Party committees, residents' committees and service stations, namely, Huawei Beili Community, Huawei Xili Community, Panjiayuan Community, Panjiayuan Nanli Community, Panjiayuan Dongli Community, Wusheng Nongguang Community, Wusheng Dongli Community, Songyuli Community, Songyuli Dongli Community, Songyuli Xili Community, Mofang Nanli Community and Huawei Li Community. Design scope: There are a total of 10 back streets and alleys in the street.

The research content is divided into 8 major categories and 19 sub-items, comprehensively summarizing multiple specialties such as architecture, landscape greening, municipal works, transportation, and facilities. The classification criteria follow principles such as people-oriented and thorough transformation.
