Pingfang Township is located in the eastern suburbs of Beijing's urban area, under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District, to the west of the Wenyu River. It borders Liulitun Sub-district and Dongfeng Sub-district to the west, Changying Township and Dongba Township to the east, and Gaobeidian and Jianfang Township to the south. The Fifth Ring Road runs through the north and south, providing convenient transportation. Through on-site investigations of Juzifang Road, Dingfuzhuang Road, Shigezhuang South Street Road, Keming Road, Xincun Road, the old 350 Road, Pingfang Road, the auxiliary road of the Fifth Ring Road, Huafang Road, Huafang West Road, Huafang North Road, Huafang South Road and other roads, the main existing roads in the block are: Some building facades are damaged, road surfaces are damaged, fences and railings are damaged, the quality of greenery is low, yellow soil is exposed, and there are no public service facilities, all of which affect the environment of the neighborhood. Based on the distinct characteristics of each road and the current situation, the design content of each road's plan should be determined. It basically covers building facade decoration and cleaning, road surface repair, sidewalk renewal, fences and enclosures, greening, as well as urban facilities such as garbage bins and signboards.
